Serás clave en generar y cualificar leads de campañas de marketing y actividades outbound, llamarás a los clientes para conocerlos mejor y entender sus necesidades. Lo de convencer a CEOs de que se convertirán en los salvadores del mundo, no hace falta. Porque si en y Tú tenemos claro algo, es que no vamos a salvar el mundo, pero ojo, tampoco destruirlo.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. What you will be doing

Generate and qualify leads from marketing campaigns and outbound activities, ensuring alignment with sales for effective follow-up.

Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and challenges, and pass qualified leads to the sales team with relevant insights.
- Work closely with the marketing team to nurture leads, participate in outbound campaigns, and provide feedback for lead quality improvement.

Work to achieve lead generation targets, analyze conversion rates, and suggest ways to enhance prospecting methods based on results.
Who are we looking for?
- You have at 0-2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar sales or business development role.

You can clearly express ideas and engage with potential customers through phone, email, and social media.
- You are motivated to meet and exceed lead generation targets, with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
- You have a genuine interest in understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions to build lasting relationships.
- You’re familiar with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and comfortable using sales and marketing automation tools.
- You are fluent in Spanish and have a good proficiency in English.
